I’m delighted to introduce you to One Yoga USA yoga training program. The first level in our 1000-hour training is the Archetypes and Empowerment 200hr Advanced Yoga Studies Program. Our program develops leaders in the yoga community. One Yoga USA is a unique training program internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance. Our mission is to advocate for Yoga as a dynamic art form, an ancient tradition and a way of life colored by wisdom to celebrate the spirit of yoga and to build a global yoga community from the heart. Our 500 hour program begins next summer in 2012. Stay tuned!

One Yoga USA’s leadership in the Texas market includes One Yoga USA founder Jennifer Buergermeister, with contributions by other specialists in their art including Les Leventhal, Leslie Kaminoff, Nicholais Bachman, Lidieth Macicek, Melissa Smith and other Yoga Alliance Certified Trainers. Blue Tree Yoga has a long history of launching educational programs and projects to enhance its facilitator network to a more diverse stage. We get to the roots of all things yoga. One Yoga USA is the first yoga training founded by Blue Tree Yoga that is approved by the Yoga Alliance for several levels of certification including 200, 500 and 1,000 hours. The 1000 hour training certifies the trainee as a Curator of Yoga once the final exam and a thesis has been completed.

Classroom requirements

The next training begins on October 21, 2011. You must attend the following:

  • Three classes per week by Jenny or another approved CuraYoga teacher. Class fees are NOT included in the Archtypes tuition, but unlimited classes are $75/month for Archetypes students.
  • Leslie Kaminoff’s Anatomy of Yoga A&P Immersion October 21-23, 2011 at Blue Tree Yoga Studio Spring Street. Cost is $500 early bird ($550 after Sept 15) This fee is NOT included in the Archetypes tuition
  • Every Monday night 6:00 – 7:15 p.m.
  • Every Wednesday night 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
  • The weekends listed below until May 6, 2012.

To enroll, please fill out the application and drop it off at the studio on any Wednesday night during Jenny’s class. Payment can be accepted online or via the form of check. We have a pay-in-full option for $2999 and a payment plan of $3333 over six months. Classes for Blue Tree Yoga trainees are discounted to unlimited per month at $75.

May 5-6, 2012 – Saturday 11-8 p.m., Sunday 1-6 p.m.
June 2-3, 2012 retreat – Saturday 11-8 p.m., Sunday 1-6 p.m.
June 23, 2012 Exam – 1 – 3 p.m.
